The redevelopment of the Flamingo building on Beach Avenue features a significant renovation and full building modernization. The existing rental building overlooking Vancouver’s English Bay will see interior suite layouts changed to accommodate 6 additional suites and a full electrical, mechanical, and life safety system upgrade. This project is intended to bring the aging building into compliance with modern codes, and significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions and energy consumption.
