What Made this Unique
As this project is tucked into the mountain-side and is immediately adjacent to the forests that are home to world-class trails, we wanted to develop the site in a way that preserved the existing forests to create a centralized park. In order to do this, we worked with the design team to ensure the subsurface parking and all site services would be designed and constructed with preservation of this area in mind. The site also is currently home to Coast Mountain Academy, so careful consideration into a relocation plan and phasing timing was developed to ensure a smooth transition for all interested parties in the project.
