Site Acquisition to Permit Submission - Development Management Support

Assisting an award winning private developer, our scope was to manage the project from site acquisition to development permit submission.

This involved performing detailed due diligence on the site during acquisition, proforma modeling, assembling and managing the design team, and all things development up until permit submission. The development is situated within Rutland Town Center, and the proposed mixed-use purpose-built rental building will be part of the newest urban node in Rutland. The project consists of commercial space at street level, seven stories of rental units and two levels of underground parking. The unit mix was guided by strong market research and will consist of one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, and two-bedroom homes.
