With a depth and breadth of experience in residential and commercial development and construction management with one of Canada's largest builders, Jeff Waters is passionate about building homes and stronger communities. His ability to comprehend intricate complexities and weed out inefficiencies while maintaining a clear view of the greater goal has been honed through his work as a professional engineer and life long hands on experience. Watching his family build and renovate homes he loved seeing how teams of people came together to take an idea from concept to reality and even legacy.
It was Jeff’s dream to start a company whereby he could share his expertise, experience and passion with homeowners in the residential market, helping them avoid costly mistakes and delays and enjoy the building process as much as he does.
