Oakridge Townhomes and Condos - Paladon Development Group partnership
In partnership with Paladon Development Group, we are providing Owner's Representative and Project Management Services to Bogner Group, one of Vancouver’s most experienced developers.
This is for their new townhome and condo development located in the Oakridge neighbourhood at 41st and Columbia, named the Bromley. This 94 unit development will feature a mix of ground-oriented townhomes and condos with an internal courtyard. The amenity-rich development will include rooftop patios and is located close to Oakridge Mall, one of Vancouver’s largest retail hubs, and the Canada Line Skytrain station which connects residents to downtown Vancouver and YVR Airport.
