We provided Owner’s Representative services for a custom estate home in Whistler’s prestigious Kadenwood neighborhood, located above Creekside. This ski-in/ski-out property is being designed by SHAPE Architecture to blend with the surrounding alpine landscape. We assisted in preconstruction, with Kindred Construction as the project’s construction manager, bringing their extensive expertise in custom homes in Whistler to the project. We supported the Owner until Building Permit Submission, at which time the decision was made to close the project and pursue other opportunities by the Owner.

This custom home is designed to integrate with the natural alpine landscape. A key challenge is ensuring the design complements the environment while offering luxurious, functional living spaces. We engaged with local Ski Touring and Mountaineering Guides to design the optimal ski room for all levels of skiers and adventures.
