Funded by BC Housing, this three building development will bring much needed affordable housing and childcare space to the Revelstoke Community.

What Made this Unique
The project is being designed to withstand the extreme weather conditions often experienced in Revelstoke—from heavy snow loads capable of damaging rooftop mechanical equipment to intense and dry summer heat. These conditions require thoughtful selection of building assemblies, systems, and design strategies. Additionally, Revelstoke’s remote location makes it an ideal candidate for prefabricated wall and floor systems, which we are actively supporting the team in evaluating and integrating.
